Sator has its origins in the ideas and vision of Matteo Arpe and the group’s senior management, united by a strong team spirit, shared values and a common entrepreneurial approach to doing business.   

These professionals have direct and relevant managerial experience in banking, investment banking and asset management. Despite their different backgrounds, they have shared important experiences in their own personal and professional paths prior to the creation of Sator.
