Nicola De Martino is Managing Director of Sator Immobiliare SGR S.p.A..

Formerly, from 2002 to January 2008, he was Vice President of American Continental Properties, a New York-based real estate investment and asset management company, in charge for the Group operations in Europe. In his role, he managed a real estate portfolio in excess of €750 million and 300,000 square meters, delivering returns above the market standards, and serving as CEO of the SPV established in joint venture with Enel S.p.A. for the portfolio realisation process.

He was board member of Immobiliare Novoli S.p.A., company created to manage the construction of a 32 hectars area in Florence, and CEO of the purpose companies established for the redevelopment of two large industrial areas in Milan and Rome, for a total of some 45,000 square meters.

Furthermore, he established two real estate investment and advisory focused companies in New York.

Prior to this, Nicola De Martino worked at Booz, Allen&Hamilton, as a strategic consultant.

He received a BA cum laude in Civil Engineering from the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, and an MBA from the Columbia University of New York.
