Francesca Giannone is Head of the Organisation and Human Resources Unit of Sator S.p.A..

She is Head of the Administration Area, Secretary of the Board of Directors and member of the Audit Committee ex d.lgs. 231/2001 of Sator Immobiliare SGR S.p.A.; she is also Head of the Compliance and Organization Unit of Arepo BP S.p.A..

Formerly, from June 2006 to October 2007, she was Head of the Organisation Division at Capitalia S.p.A., in charge for the development of the new organisational structure of the Group, as well as for setting new governance guidelines and for managing and updating the regulatory body of both the holding company and the whole Group. She coordinated the development of re-organisational projects throughout the different Divisions and affiliated companies of the Capitalia banking Group.

Prior to this, from 2004 to 2006, she served as Head of Capitalia CEO’s technical staff which she joined in 2003, as member of the staff, in charge for overseeing the supervisory activities of Capitalia’s affiliates and business units as well as for managing information inflows-outflows between the CEO and the Group’s peripheral units.

Prior to this, from 2002 to 2003, she served as Assistant of Mr. Giorgio Brambilla, at that time Capitalia’s CEO.

From 1999 to 2002, she worked in the Commercial Area of Banca di Roma, contributing to the development of innovative distribution channels for banking products.

She was board member of Fimit SGR (2004-2007) and Kyneste (2003- 2005).

She received a BA cum laude in Business Administration from the University of Perugia.
