Edoardo D’Andrea is member of the Board of Statutory Auditors and of the Audit Committee ex D.Lgs 231/2001 of Sator S.p.A..

He is Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Banca Profilo S.p.A. and he is also member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Arepo BP S.p.A. and Sator Immobiliare SGR S.p.A.

He started his career in Banca d’Italia in 1969, first working in the Central Administration Office, in charge for supervisory activities on the banking system, and later, since 1987, joining the Supervision Inspectorate, where he carried out several audit verifications on some of the most important Italian banks.

In 2001 he served as expert of the Court of Rome, in an important penal trial requiring relevant competencies on corporate balance sheets.

In 2006 he retired from Banca d’Italia, with the qualification of High Inspector, the top office for the Supervisory Inspectorate employees. 

He received a BA in Business Administration from the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, and he holds the qualification of Italian certified Auditor.
