Alberto Capponi is board member of Sator S.p.A..

He is Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Finaf S.p.A. (holding company of the Angelini Group), and Chief Executive Officer of Angelini Partecipazioni Finanziarie s.r.l..

From 1994 to 2000, he worked in the Private Banking Department of Citibank, later becoming Vice President, responsible for the Italian Private Banking Group, and later Chief Executive Officer of Cititrust S.p.A..

Formerly, from 1984 to 1994, he worked for several companies of the Cassa di Risparmio di Roma Group: he started in Compagnia Internazionale Investimenti S.p.A. and later, from 1988, he was named Chief Executive Officer of Cominvest Gestioni S.p.A. (the asset management company of the Group).

Before joining the Cassa di Risparmio di Roma Group, he worked at Procter & Gamble Italy (1979) in the Advertising and Budget Control Department, and afterwards, from 1979 to 1984, at Banca Nazionale dell’Agricoltura in the Marketing and branch management unit.

Alberto Capponi received a BA in Business Administration from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” in 1978.
