Sator Immobiliare SGR S.p.A. is a Real Estate asset management company owned by Sator S.p.A. (80%), by Cassa Nazionale del Notariato (10%)and by Fondazione Enasarco (10%) with its headquarters in Rome.

The company received the required authorization from the Bank of Italy in July 2009 and is now principally engaged in the launch and management of Italian regulated Real Estate collective funds. The first funds were launched in december 2009.

The Board of Directors is comprised of the following members: Matteo Arpe, Guido Bastianini, Giuseppe Cannizzaro (Chairman), Giovanni Giuliani, Paolo Pedrazzoli, Paolo Rella(CEO), Luigi Scimìa (Deputy Chairman and independent member), Antonio Franceschi and Antonello Marzolla.

Nicola De Martino is the appointed Managing Director.

The Board of Statutory Auditors is comprised of the following members: Carmine De Robbio (Chairman), Edoardo D’Andrea and Valter Pavan.
