Sator’s corporate governance is comprised of a Board of Directors and a Board of Statutory Auditors.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors is Professor Luigi Spaventa; Matteo Arpe is the Chief Executive Officer. The other Directors are drawn from Sator’s senior managers and other shareholders’ representatives.
